Craving For Gaming — Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following conditions and the associated policies, including our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility & Definitions
- You confirm you are 18+ and legally capable of entering into a contract.
- “Equipment” includes console(s), PS4/PS5/VR, controller(s), power/HDMI cables, and any supplied games/accessories.
- Services are available in Delhi NCR (including Delhi, Gurgaon/Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad,Faridabad) unless otherwise stated.
2. Booking, KYC & Order Acceptance
- All orders are subject to successful KYC, serviceability, availability, and CFG’s final acceptance prior to dispatch. CFG may cancel/refund an order if KYC is unsatisfactory or misleading.
- KYC documents (Individuals): Government ID (masked Aadhaar/Passport/Driving Licence) showing name & address; Address proof (recent utility bill, rent agreement); Employment proof (LinkedIn profile link, salary slip or job offer letter). Businesses: GST certificate or other registered entity proof.
- You consent to verification calls/messages, and at delivery you may be required to provide OTP/PIN and a hand-over photo for records.
- KYC is used solely for verification, fraud prevention, delivery/pickup validation & legal compliance; handled as per our Privacy Policy.
3. Rental Tenure, Counting & Extensions
- Calendar-day counting. If delivered before 8:00 PM, delivery date counts as Day 1. If delivered after 8:00 PM, tenure starts the next calendar day. Pickup date is the last day.
- Early returns do not reduce the agreed rent.
- Extensions are treated as new orders; cannot be merged retroactively.
- To extend, inform CFG in advance (recommended: ≥24 hours before end of tenure). All dues for current tenure must be cleared by last day to allot extension; extensions are subject to stock and approval.
4. Prices, Taxes, Payments & Pay-on-Delivery
- Prices shown at checkout include GST (where applicable). Delivery charges vary by location and will be communicated prior to dispatch.
- Payment methods: UPI / online bank transfer / cards via approved gateways.
- Pay on Delivery (POD): UPI/online only (no cash). Payment must be completed immediately upon receipt of Equipment. Failure to pay may result in cancellation, pickup, and/or refusal of future service.
- Promotional codes/credits (if any) are single-use, non-transferable, and cannot be clubbed unless explicitly stated.
5. Security Deposit
- A refundable Security Deposit (amount shown at checkout; typically ₹2,000 for PS5 and ₹1,000 for PS4 per unit) is payable before dispatch/delivery.
- Refund workflow: Deposit is refunded only after CFG receives the Equipment and verifies all components and condition. Refunds typically processed within 48 hours post verification.
- CFG may deduct from deposit: unpaid rent/fees, late fees, repair/replacement costs, pickup/re-attempt charges. If deposit is insufficient you must pay the shortfall immediately on demand.
6. Delivery, Setup, Re-attempts & Pickup
- Deliveries are made to the address confirmed during KYC/booking. Minor delays may occur due to traffic/weather/operational constraints.
- Our team may set up the Equipment and click a hand-over photo (with your consent) for records.
- If you’re unavailable at delivery/pick-up slot, a re-attempt fee may apply; re-attempts subject to schedule/route constraints.
- At pickup, ensure Equipment is fully packed and accessible. If items missing/not ready, pickup may be rescheduled and extra charges may apply.
7. Use, Care & Restrictions
- Use Equipment carefully and only for its intended purpose at your verified address. Do not relocate, sub-rent or lend to third parties.
- Prohibited: tampering, seal removal, jail-breaking/rooting, unauthorized repairs, liquid exposure, excessive dust/heat, mishandling or illegal use.
- Games & content: Two (2) games included in all console plans. Games listed on the website are only for the rental-plan tenure and are not sold or rented separately.
8. Condition, Damage, Loss & Tampering
- You are responsible for Equipment from delivery until pickup (normal wear & tear excepted).
- You must pay actual repair/replacement cost for any damage beyond normal wear.
- Seal removal, jailbreak/rooting, or unauthorized repair may attract a penalty of ₹10,000 per console plus actual repair/replacement cost.
- In case of loss/theft: inform CFG immediately and file a police report/FIR. Equipment not returned 7+ days after tenure may be treated as loss and recovered legally.
9. Late Return & Overstay Fees
- Late fee of ₹500 per day per console applies from the day after your agreed tenure ends until Equipment is received or extension approved.
- Late fee is in addition to unpaid rent/fees and other charges.
10. Inspection & Data
- Quality check happens at pickup and again at our facility. Deductions will be explained with supporting evidence (photos) on request.
- CFG will factory-reset/wipe user accounts and data as standard hygiene. Do not store personal data. CFG is not liable for data loss post return.
11. Cancellation & Refunds (Customer-Initiated)
- Cancel before dispatch for full refund (minus gateway charges where applicable).
- If delivery attempt has begun, logistics/slot-blocking charges may be deducted.
- No refunds for early returns or unused days once tenure starts. Deposit refunds follow Section 5.
12. Misuse of B2C Rentals for Events/Commercial Use
- B2C rentals are for personal/home use at verified address only.
- Commercial/event use without written consent is a violation.
- CFG may levy ₹7,000 per console per event/day (or actual loss, whichever is higher), terminate service and/or blacklist account.
13. Failure to Pay / Recovery
- If payment is declined or delayed, CFG may cancel service, retrieve Equipment immediately and impose fees.
- Persistent non-payment may lead to legal action and reporting to authorities.
14. Liability & Indemnity
- Equipment is provided in good working order at dispatch.
- CFG is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
- Maximum liability shall not exceed rent paid for the affected tenure.
- You indemnify CFG against claims arising from misuse or breach.
15. Privacy & Data Protection
- Personal data (including KYC) processed as per Privacy Policy.
- KYC retained only as long as necessary for verification and compliance.
- Limited data may be shared with delivery/KYC/payment vendors strictly for service.
16. Force Majeure
- CFG not liable for delays due to events beyond reasonable control (weather, strikes, outages, government actions).
17. Changes to Service / Terms
- CFG may update prices, packages and Terms from time to time. Updates apply only to future orders. Material changes communicated via website/email.
18. Governing Law & Disputes
- Governed by Indian law. Courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.

Customer Checklist & Final Notes
- POD is UPI/online only; payment must be completed at hand-over.
- Deposit refunds are processed only after all items are returned and verified; please share your UPI details for refund.
- Extensions are treated as new orders; payment must be made before the current tenure ends.
- Late return fee: ₹500 per day per console.
- Games: 2 included in all plans; subject to availability; not rented or sold separately.
- KYC is required; orders may be cancelled if KYC is unsatisfactory.
- No events or commercial use of B2C rentals without written approval from Craving For Gaming.
- Disclaimer: Craving For Gaming reserves the right to cancel any orders fully or partially before delivery without prior notice. Any current or future orders placed by you have no connection with your previous orders. CFG may deliver services itself or through third-parties. By placing an order, you authorise CFG to share your details (as needed) with such third-parties.
