We collect and process this personal data only with your explicit, informed consent and for legitimate purposes including fulfilment of our rental agreement, delivery, pickup and legal compliance. This processing aligns with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), which governs digital personal data in India.

2. Information We Collect

• Name.
• Contact information including email address and phone number.
• Demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests (if relevant).
• Documentary verification information (masked Aadhaar, utility bills, employment proof, business registration) submitted voluntarily for delivery/pick-up eligibility.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To verify your identity, address and eligibility for renting our equipment and services.
• To deliver, install, support, pick up and inspect rental equipment.
• To maintain internal records, improve our products and services, and tailor offerings to your preferences.
• To send promotional communications (if you have opted-in) about new products and offers.
• To conduct market research by email, phone or mail and to customise the website according to your interests.

4. Cookies & Tracking

A cookie is a small file placed on your computer’s hard drive with your consent. We use traffic-log cookies to analyse website usage and improve performance. Data is used only in aggregate for statistical analysis and does not identify you individually.

We will retain your verification documents and related personal data only as long as necessary for rental engagement, delivery/pick-up, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. After the retention period, documents are securely deleted or anonymised.

7. Children & Consent

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 years or older. If you are under 18, parental or legal guardian consent is required before submitting any personal data.
